Abiola is an HR Generalist and Specialist with 19 years of professional experience in strategic, transactional and operational HR. Her experience spans across Telecommunications (MTN Nigeria), Construction (Plycon Limited), Oil & Gas (Atoll Oil & Gas) and Non-Profit sectors
She was the former Head, Human Resources for Atoll Oil & Gas, Plycon Limited and also House of Freedom. She is a seasoned HR Consultant with expertise in Strategic HR, Organisational Development & Change Management, Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits
She is a Deloitte/DDI accredited Facilitator, a Member of CIPM (MCIPM), an Associate Member of NITAD and a Member of AEHRP.

Aronke has over 15 years’ experience in human resources management. she has a passionate belief that people are the key to success in any organisation.
She has an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the university of London.
She has extensive years experience working within the Financial (afrinvest) FMCG (Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited), Construction and Energy sectors. Aronke is a seasoned HR Consultant with expertise in HR Policy formulation, Performance Management, Culture Change Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations and Recruitment.
Aronke is a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation – Nigeria chapter) and she has a diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from the Coaching Academy (United Kingdom).
